During the past term, the Cu Lao Dung Medical Center Trade Union coordinated with the government to fully implement policies and regimes for employees such as wages, on-duty allowances, special and toxic allowances, occupational incentives and health insurance, social insurance, and unemployment insurance. The union mobilized union members to donate nearly 41 million VND to support a colleague with a serious illness; take care of the union members' Tet every year with a total cost of more than 150 million VND; organize 242 "Union Meals" worth 12.5 million VND.
The grassroots trade union always maintains the title of "completion of tasks well", 100% of trade union groups complete tasks well. Women's work was focused on with meetings and gifts on March 8 and October 20 for more than 471 female union members (over 65 million VND); commendation and reward for academic achievements and training for children of civil servants with 40.7 million VND; giving international gifts for children and the Mid-Autumn Festival to 796 children with 93.2 million VND. The "Good at public affairs, good at home affairs" movement has reached 100%.
The Congress elected 9 comrades to the Executive Committee of the new term Trade Union; elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Can Tho City Trade Union, term 2025-2030. Mr. Son Vinh Quang was elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Cu Lao Dung Regional Medical Center for the 2025 - 2030 term.
