The 1st Conference of Trade Union Delegates of Khanh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, term 2025 - 2030 was held on the afternoon of October 9 with the participation of 70 official delegates, representing more than 4,087 union members in the ward.
According to the report at the conference, after implementing the two-level government, Khanh Hoi Ward Trade Union was assigned to manage 141 grassroots unions with 4,087 union members, of which, the non-state sector has 129 grassroots unions with 3,210 union members.
Khanh Hoi Ward Trade Union has regularly increased propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and paid attention to caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and employees.
At the same time, promote the emulation movement "Good workers - Creative workers"; continue to coordinate in organizing training to improve the capacity of grassroots trade union staff, coordinate with functional agencies and units to encourage enterprises in the ward to establish trade unions, develop union members in enterprises.

The conference set goals for the term, striving to mobilize 100% of enterprises and public service units with 20 or more employees to establish grassroots trade unions according to regulations, and mobilizing the admission of new union members to trade unions according to assigned targets.
Khanh Hoi Ward Trade Union also continues to support the Trade Union to coordinate propaganda to 100% of union members and workers at enterprises with grassroots trade unions about the policies of the Party, legal policies of the State, trade unions and localities.
At the same time, support grassroots trade unions that are qualified to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements at enterprises, strive to achieve 80% or more, coordinate legal advice support and legal support for 100% of union members and workers when required, coordinate with grassroots trade unions to train and introduce 50 outstanding union members to the Party, strive to average each grassroots trade union introducing at least one outstanding union member.
