The working delegation led by Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu, along with leaders of the Quang Ninh Provincial Confederation of Labor, visited, presented gifts, and encouraged families of workers and laborers who suffered labor accidents in Quang Yen and Cao Xanh wards.
The delegation visited the family of Mr. Vu Hong Ngoc (Chua Bang street, Quang Yen ward), a worker of Hoang Gia International JSC. Mr. Ngoc had a workplace accident in September 2024 and is currently suffering from a serious illness.
The delegation visited the family of Mr. Le Duc Trung (Zone 2A, Cao Xanh Ward), a worker of Calofic Co., Ltd., who suffered a labor accident and had a 47% reduction in working capacity.
At the families, the Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor visited and shared the difficulties of workers and laborers who suffered labor accidents, and encouraged families to strive to overcome circumstances and stabilize their lives.
On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded each family 5 million VND and a gift worth 500,000 VND.
Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation supported an additional 2 million VND and a gift worth 500,000 VND. Representatives of businesses also presented many practical gifts to families.
These activities show the concern of trade union organizations and levels and sectors for workers, especially cases of workplace accidents, contributing to spreading the spirit of sharing in the community.
