In particular, the determination of successful candidates in the civil service exam is based on Article 12.
Article 12. Determining the successful candidates in the civil service selection round
1. Advised candidates in the civil service examination must meet the following conditions:
a) With a score of round 2 of 50 points or more;
b) Having a second round score plus a priority score prescribed in Article 6 of this Decree (if any) higher is taken in order of points from high to low within the recruitment quota for each job position.
2. In case there are 2 or more people with the total score calculated according to Point b, Clause 1 of this Article equal in the final indicator of the job position to be recruited, the person with the higher round 2 score will be the successful bidder; if it is still not determined, the head of the competent recruitment agency will decide the successful bidder.
3. For job positions that are recruited jointly by many different civil servant agencies, the determination of the agency employing the successful civil servant is carried out in the priority selection order in the Application Form of the successful candidate. In case the number of successful candidates applying for recruitment at a civil servant agency is greater than the recruitment quota of that civil servant agency, priority will be given to selecting people with higher recruitment results. In case there are 2 or more people with the same recruitment results in the final quota of the civil servant employing agency, the selection will be in the priority order prescribed in Clause 2 of this Article.
4. Those who are not admitted in the civil service exam are not allowed to reserve the admission results for the next admission exams.
