Ms. Luong Thi Minh Thu - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of LG Electronics Vietnam Hai Phong Company - said: The Company is very honored to be selected to build the "Socialist Trade Union (XHCN)" model for the period 2026-2030.
In recent years, the company has always strived to innovate, performing well the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights of employees (NLĐ). In the context of strong integration and automation, building this model is a strategic step towards a modern and effective trade union organization. There, employees are truly the center, listened to, protected and join hands to create and enjoy the sustainable development achievements of the enterprise" - Chairman of the Trade Union Luong Thi Minh Thu said.
According to the Company's Trade Union, the enterprise currently has more than 3,200 employees (of which nearly 2,800 are Trade Union members), specializing in producing electronic products, household electrical appliances, and automotive equipment; Average income per capita reaches an average of 16.8 million VND/person/month. In recent years, dialogue, negotiation and implementation of democracy regulations at the Company have been seriously implemented; Policy regimes for employees are guaranteed in terms of salary, bonuses, allowances, overtime, meals, occupational safety and health... Welfare programs are also widely organized to most employees, and spiritual life has been improved.

According to the criteria set of the "Socialist Trade Union" model of Hai Phong City Labor Federation, the Company achieved 98/100 points, of which the group of caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers achieved 35/35 points, organized emulation movements achieved 20/20 points, and improved cultural and spiritual life by 20/20 points...

Workers must constantly emulate in labor production, unite and stick together, access technology to increase labor productivity, thereby increasing product quality and increasing income.

The City Labor Federation is committed to paying even better attention to workers by: Reporting to city leaders to pay attention to the company's workforce to buy and rent social housing, adjusting the price of buying and renting social housing; Adjusting public transport, flood prevention, reducing environmental pollution, social security, having schools for workers' children, entertainment areas... In addition, trade union funds and union dues will be re-regulated to care for workers, visit sick and in difficult circumstances, Tet gifts; The Labor Federation also creates conditions for those in difficult circumstances to borrow capital to support production and life by borrowing unsecured loans, avoiding workers falling into black credit; Organizing medical examination and treatment for workers..." - Chairman of Hai Phong Labor Federation emphasized.
