After 17 years of working with Dien Bien Agricultural Products Processing Joint Stock Company, Mr. Nguyen Van Dai - Head of Production Team No. 1 of the Commodity Rice Production Team, has successfully proposed and implemented many technical initiatives over the years, bringing practical benefits to the company.
Notable among them are solutions such as " application of agricultural by-products for rice fields", "Solutions for applying some labor protection measures when participating in production in rice fields" and "Solution for planting crop 3, improving productivity, improving soil, ensuring a green - clean - beautiful environment".
From an ordinary worker, Mr. Nguyen Van Dai has constantly strived and practiced to rise to the position of Production Team Leader and Departmental Union Chairman.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Dai said: "Although facing many difficulties and pressures in production, I still maintain an optimistic spirit, ready to accept difficult tasks and find effective solutions to solve the problem".
Not only a good worker, Mr. Dai is also a "big brother" in the production team, loved and trusted by his colleagues. The above initiatives not only help save hundreds of millions of VND per year but also contribute to environmental protection and improving production efficiency for the Company.
Nguyen Van Dai's contributions have been recognized through many noble titles and awards. Here, Mr. Dai was honored to represent workers and laborers in Dien Bien province to attend the 1st Conference to honor outstanding workers and laborers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam in 2025, organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in Hanoi.
The program will be broadcast live from the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace, Hanoi, on Vietnam Television at 20:10 on February 16, 2025 (Sunday). Within the framework of the Program, 95 honored workers will attend the reporting ceremony and pay their respects to President Ho Chi Minh; discuss at the Forum "Strive to be worthy of being a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam".
