According to Point b, Clause 2, Article 5 of Circular 03/2023/TT-BYT, the number of employees of the Commune Health Station is 5 employees/Commune Health Station.
The coefficient of adjustment of the number of people working at Commune Health Stations is based on 2 factors:
- Adjust according to population
+ For commune health stations in regions I and II with over 6,000 people, if increased from 2,000 to 3,000 people, 1 more person will work;
+ For commune health stations in region III with over 5,000 people, if there is an increase of 1,000 people, there will be an increase of 1 more employee.
- Adjust by geographical area:
+ Health Station Region II is increased to a coefficient of 1.2.
+ Health stations in region III are increased to a coefficient of 1.3.
Appendix IV issued with Circular 03/2023/TT-BYT specifically stipulates the job position at Commune, Ward and Town Health Stations as follows:
(1) leadership and management positions:
- Head of the Health Station;
- Deputy Head of the Health Station.
(2) job position, medical professional title:
- Doctor/Doctor of Preventive Medicine (grade III);
- Public health (grade III);
- Doctor (Grade IV);
- Grade IV pharmacy;
- Grade IV nurse;
- Grade IV socio-economic status;
- Grade IV population.
Thus, the Commune and Ward Health Station must have at least 5 employees including the above positions and titles.
