On October 7, Ms. Nguyen Van Hanh Thuc - Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Employment Service Center - said that in the first 9 months of 2025, statistics on job seker demand - finding people on the Ho Chi Minh City job portal according to the criteria of 27 occupations of the head office (formerly Ho Chi Minh City) and headquarters 3 (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau), showing that the number of searches for people is nearly double compared to the number of job seekers.

Accordingly, the number of job seekers is 8,614, while the number of job seekers is 16,066.

Of which, the largest number of job seekers are unskilled workers with 2,621 people, accounting for 30.43% of the job search demand.

On the other hand, the number of jobs found for unskilled workers is 6,827 people, accounting for 42.49% of total demand.
