On March 20, at the headquarters of the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference on trade union training for officials at all levels. Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - directly delivered the presentation.
This is an activity within the 2025 work program, aiming to improve the quality of the team of union officials, especially key officials who have just been elected and have not been trained. The conference focused on improving leadership, management capacity, and trade union professional skills, contributing to meeting the requirements of the workers' movement and trade union activities in the new situation.
The program's content is related to "Thinking, vision and skills of trade union officials in the new context" and "New points of the Trade Union Law and the Social Insurance Law" with 95 officials participating.
The training conference helps trade union officials grasp the opportunities, challenges and trade union activities in the new situation to fulfill their roles and responsibilities in directing the implementation of trade union tasks.
At the same time, they exchanged experiences and answered opinions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of performing trade union work at the trade union at the level directly above the grassroots level and the grassroots trade union.
