Social Insurance of Region XXVII has just organized a training conference (online and in person) on the process of receiving, settling and returning administrative procedure results at the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center.
Ms. Pham Thi Huong Tuyen - Deputy Director of Social Insurance Region XXVII - said that this activity aims to ensure the implementation of administrative procedures under the authority of the social insurance system smoothly, effectively and without interruption when arranging administrative units and implementing the 2-level local government model. Thereby, best serving employees and businesses when transacting with social insurance agencies.
The officers of the Social Insurance and Post Office sectors participating in the training were deployed and guided in the process of receiving and returning administrative procedure results at the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center for administrative procedures under the authority of the Social Insurance system, applied to the standing post office staff at the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center, to strictly and consistently implement, aiming at the satisfaction of employees and businesses.
At the same time, it will combine the implementation of issuance notices, adjusting the process and delivery forms according to the one-stop mechanism applied generally to the Social Insurance of the XXVII region.
This is an activity to meet the needs of operating a two-level local government.
