Training on building culture-standard enterprises for hundreds of workers in Dong Nai

Dong Nai - Many workers at enterprises have been trained by the Provincial Federation of Labor in the program to build enterprises that meet cultural standards in 2025.

On June 6, Nhon Trach District Labor Federation said that it had just coordinated with the Propaganda Department of Women's Union of Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation and grassroots trade unions of enterprises in the area to organize a training program to build standard-cultural enterprises in 2025.

Accordingly, this program was held at Advanced Multitech VN Co., Ltd. (with 150 union members attending), Formosa Hung Nghiep Co., Ltd. (with 100 union members attending), Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd. (with 150 union members attending).

At the training session, workers were equipped with civilized behavioral skills, working style, and discipline; strictly implementing legal regulations at the workplace... In addition, the training session also helps workers gain more skills in resolving conflicts, teamwork skills and other soft skills to work more effectively and create better relationships with colleagues.

Through the training course, workers improve their knowledge of building cultural life, building a positive, civilized, and safe working cultural environment in the enterprise.
