Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien - Chairman of the company's Trade Union - said that recently, the unit has awarded difficulty allowances to 15 cases of workers with serious illnesses at a cost of 5 million VND/case. Donating to a union member with cancer, the total amount of support from colleagues was nearly 70 million VND.
The Executive Board of the Trade Union advised the Board of Directors of the company to create conditions and organize a "Thank You to Workers" meal for 4,600 people with a meal value of 50,000 VND, total value of 230 million VND.
In addition, organized communication and reproductive health check-ups for 326 female workers, of which 115 people attended the communication and 211 people were examined. The total amount of encouragement and support spent was 37.4 million VND.
Stabilizing jobs and income for employees
