To meet the increasing needs, the training content is always innovated by the Corporation's Trade Union. In which, focus on skills in dialogue, negotiation, signing collective labor agreements, occupational safety and health and trade union financial management. Another content that is also focused on in training is digital transformation - this is a very important factor, helping officials access and meet the needs of digital transformation in Trade Union activities. The training method is innovated associated with digital transformation and green transformation. Training classes and conferences are organized online, connecting to many bridge points in provinces and cities, helping to save costs and expand participants.
Not stopping at training, the application of those contents to work at the unit is evaluated. There are some noteworthy results. That is, every year, 100% of grassroots trade unions directly under it are evaluated as completing tasks well and excellently; 100% of grassroots trade unions conduct periodic dialogues and 28/29 grassroots trade unions sign collective labor agreements, in which many agreements are ranked A, with terms that are more beneficial than the provisions of law for employees... It is thanks to these practical activities that 100% of employees at units have labor contracts and join the Trade Union organization, clearly showing the workers' trust in the Trade Union organization.
Reality shows that the Corporation's Trade Union has strongly shifted to substantive activities. Trade union cadre planning is closely linked to Party committee and professional planning. In particular, at the grassroots level, trade union cadres must not stand outside production and business activities but must be cadres who have both trade union operating skills and professional knowledge. Many key trade union cadres have been planned and appointed to important leadership positions in enterprises, thereby affirming the political position and accompanying role of the Trade Union organization.
The flexible organizational model, focusing resources on grassroots levels, is identified as a breakthrough, especially at joint ventures and associates. The Corporation's Trade Union coordinates with Party committees and employers to train and arrange suitable staff, and at the same time deploy union member and financial management on a digital platform, ensuring 100% of grassroots trade unions implement it seriously.
