On the afternoon of October 14, the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Board of Directors of Vinh Chiet Production and Trading Company Limited (Binh Tay Hamlet, Vinh Binh Commune, Dong Thap Province) to organize a Ceremony to announce the Decision to establish a grassroots Trade Union and launch the Provisional Executive Committee.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Hoang Khac Tinh - Permanent Vice President of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation, representatives of the Company's Board of Directors, and 87 workers and laborers working at the enterprise.
At the ceremony, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor announced Decision No. 209/QD-LDLD dated September 29, 2025 on admitting 87 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union, and Decision No. 210/QD-LDLD dated September 29, 2025 on the establishment of the Vinh Chiec Production and Trading Company Limited's Trade Union.
Accordingly, the Provisional Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consists of 05 comrades, of which Ms. Do Thi Hong Khoa holds the position of Chairman, Mr. Bong Hoang Kha - Vice Chairman.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Khac Tinh congratulated the union members and requested the Executive Board to promptly develop operating regulations, perform well the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, and at the same time coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors to create harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Representative of the Company's Board of Directors, Mr. Bong Hoang Kha - Factory Director expressed his support and commitment to creating favorable conditions for the grassroots Trade Union to operate effectively, contributing to improving labor productivity, spiritual life and income of workers.

The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union at Vinh Chiet Production and Trading Company Limited has increased the total number of grassroots Trade Unions in the province to 760, with 182,801 union members, marking a new development step in the development of union members and the establishment of Trade Unions in the non-state enterprise sector, contributing to the successful implementation of the goal of building a strong working class and Vietnam Trade Union organization.
