On the afternoon of November 28, the Trade Union of Yamazaki Company Limited successfully held the 2nd Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
At the Congress, delegates discussed and comprehensively evaluated the results of the 2022-2027 term and identified key goals and tasks for the coming period.
According to the report, trade union activities in recent years have had many positive changes, clearly demonstrating the role of representing, caring for and protecting workers' rights.
The number of union members increased from 54 to 71, of which female accounted for 85%. The trade union has coordinated with enterprises to effectively implement the Collective Labor Agreement, organize periodic dialogues, ensure adequate salary and insurance regimes, thereby contributing to building a stable working environment.
Caring for life continues to be a bright spot when hundreds of millions of VND are spent on visiting, supporting union members in difficulty, giving gifts on holidays, birthdays, and organizing tours. In particular, the union and the company supported 50 million VND to help overcome the consequences of Typhoon Yagi.
The emulation movements " old productivity - Quality - Efficiency - Safety" have been widely implemented, contributing positively to the business results of enterprises, with revenue in the first 10 months of 2025 reaching 30.8 billion VND.
Entering the new term, the Trade Union of Yamazaki Company Limited aims to continue innovating its methods of operation; improving the effectiveness of propaganda and dialogue; promoting initiatives; promoting care for the cultural and spiritual life of workers.
The new Executive Board demonstrates its determination to build harmonious and stable labor relations, contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises.
