* Ms. Tran Thi Mai Huong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Party Cell Secretary, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Trade Union Printing Joint Stock Company: Expect the Party Committee to continue to lead the work of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

The 2025-2030 term is a period of special significance to the country's development career, realizing the Strategic goals set for 2030. Therefore, I hope that the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will continue to lead the work of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of members and employees.
In particular, leading the research and application of science and technology in production and trade union activities; promoting innovation and digital transformation in trade union activities, contributing to the successful implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo. Launch emulation of workers and laborers to promote initiatives, improve techniques, and improve skills to meet the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
* Mr. Duong Xuan Hieu - Chief Expert of the Trade Union Work Committee: I hope the Party Committee will continue to focus on improving the political, ideological and revolutionary ethics of cadres and party members.

Promoting the achieved results, in the coming term, I hope the Party Committee will continue to focus on improving the political, ideological and revolutionary ethics of cadres and party members; organize the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in a practical manner, associated with the implementation of new directives of the Central Committee. In particular, it is necessary to continue to innovate the content and leadership methods of Party committees at all levels, so that the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor is truly the political core, comprehensive leadership in the Trade Union system.
Along with that is to uphold the principle of democratic centralism, promote democracy associated with discipline and order; improve the capacity of cadres, build a team with courage, intelligence, and prestige, meeting the requirements of the new period. Directing and operating work needs to continue to be modernized in a professional, flexible direction, adapting to digital transformation and international integration. I believe that, with the tradition of solidarity, responsibility and innovation, the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will lead the entire Trade Union system to successfully complete the tasks in the new term.
* Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Secretary of Party Cell 4, Party Committee member of the Party Committee of the Institute of Science and Labor Safety and Hygiene: Trusting that the Party Committee will continue to innovate and strongly apply digital technology.

I hope that in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will continue to promote innovation in the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, strongly applying digital technology, big data, artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the effectiveness of serving employees in professional activities and Trade Union work. Along with that, it is necessary to promote research and propose policies to improve workers' skills and qualifications, meeting the requirements of modern productive forces; encourage and support workers to promote initiatives, improve techniques, and flexibly adapt to the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
In addition, I hope the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will continue to lead and direct research units such as the Institute of Occupational Safety and Hygiene Science, constantly innovate approaches, promote the application of modern technology in research, forecasting and proposing solutions to ensure occupational safety and health. Thereby, contributing to protecting the lives and health of workers, while making occupational safety and hygiene a pioneering area in innovation, meeting the breakthrough requirements of science and technology in the new development stage.
Inheriting the results achieved in the 2025-2030 term, I always believe that in the new term, the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will continue to promote its comprehensive leadership role, directing its departments and Party Committees to effectively implement the set policies and tasks. Thereby, building a strong, creative and modern Trade Union organization; constantly improving the jobs, income, and lives of members and employees; contributing to affirming the pioneering role and position of the Vietnam Trade Union organization in the development process of the country.
* Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor's Guest House for the 2025-2030 term: Propose that the Party Committee direct expenditures and Party Committees to develop a strategy for developing highly qualified and high-quality human resources.

In the new term, I hope the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will further strengthen the direction of grassroots party organizations to innovate propaganda work, thoroughly grasp the Resolutions of the Central and superiors on personnel work and apparatus arrangement. Through thematic activities, cadres and party members clearly see the goals, significance and benefits of innovation. Thereby, gradually changing thinking and awareness, creating high consensus, eliminating the mentality of fear of change and fear of internal collisions, adapting quickly to the new situation, helping policies and Resolutions to be implemented more smoothly.
Along with that, the Party Committee directs departments and Party Committees to build strategies for developing highly qualified and high-quality human resources. The Party Committee should direct the development of specialized training programs, associated with specific job positions, prioritizing the development of soft skills such as teamwork skills, management and leadership skills, while encouraging and creating conditions for cadres to self-study, self-focus, and improve their qualifications.
In addition, instead of evaluating in form, it is necessary to direct the development of specific and clear criteria, evaluate cadres based on efficiency and actual work results; have an optimal treatment mechanism to attract personnel with good professional qualifications to work in the Trade Union system.
Direct trade unions at all levels to develop appropriate salary and bonus mechanisms to create leverage and stimulate Party members and workers to enthusiastically compete in studying, working and working with high efficiency and productivity; increase in-depth training and fostering on negotiation skills, dialogue, and collective bargaining to better protect the rights of workers; focus on fostering knowledge of labor law, Trade Union Law and new policies of the State; develop skills in using information technology in propaganda and union member management, especially in the context of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution.
