In particular, the Provincial Federation of Labor will merge the Women's Propaganda Department; the Department of Law and Labor Relations, into the Provincial Federation of Labor's Professional Department.
Ending the activities of 5 industry unions and equivalents including: Construction Industry Union; Agriculture and Rural Development Industry Union; Health Industry Union; Education Industry Union; Provincial Civil Servants Union.
Establish the Party - Mass Organizations Trade Union and the Government Trade Union. At the same time, transfer a number of grassroots trade unions to the management of the local Labor Federation and the Provincial Industrial Zones Trade Union.
Thus, regarding the organization of the Provincial Federation of Labor, 1 specialized committee will be reduced, from 5 committees to 4 committees; 3 industry unions and equivalents will be reduced, from 6 units to 3 units.
According to the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Federation of Labor, the project implementation aims to strictly implement the policy on reorganizing and streamlining the organizational apparatus of agencies and units. After the reorganization, the unit still ensures and continues to improve the operational efficiency of the trade union at the direct superior level with the motto "For union members and workers, focusing on the grassroots", meeting the requirements of the workers' movement and trade union activities in the new situation.
