According to Permanent Vice President of the Hanoi City Labor Federation Le Dinh Hung, in order to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, dynamism and creativity of the capital's workforce in the period of strong transformation to a digital economy, digital society and smart cities, the City Labor Federation has launched the Writing Contest "Capital Workers - Good thinking, good actions" and the Photo/ video clip contest "City Trade Union firmly enters the new era".
The two contests have been strongly and widely deployed to 45 trade unions at the grassroots level and affiliated grassroots trade unions and have attracted thousands of collectives, union members, workers and civil servants to participate.

She overcame the pain of her husband's sudden passing away, donated her husband's organs to save 4 people waiting for organ transplants, which was also the promise of the couple when they were still alive...
The small stories but imbued with humanity clearly demonstrate the resilience, creativity and love of the capital's workers.
Photo/ video Clip contest "The Capital Trade Union firmly enters the new era" is not only a creative playground, but also a valuable repository of beautiful images of workers. Most of the photos are of relatively high quality, with reasonable layouts and good image processing techniques.
The authors have expressed a creative spirit, reflecting the activities of trade unions at all levels and union members and workers from many different perspectives. The works closely follow the contest theme, conveying a positive message about the trade union organization in the new era.

As a result of the two contests, the City Labor Federation selected 41 works to win the writing contest and 23 works to win the Photo/ video Clip contest. In particular, the two contests have contributed to the success of Workers' Month 2025.
