Responding to the program "Giving Ao Dai, Sending Love" launched by the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, the Lao Cai Provincial Social Insurance Grassroots Trade Union has just organized the presentation of Ao Dai to female workers at Lam Phong Production and Investment Co., Ltd.
Lam Phong Production and Investment Co., Ltd. operates in the field of production and trading of wooden furniture, currently has nearly 600 officials and workers working, of which about 340 are female workers.
At the program, units presented more than 40 sets of well-used ao dai donated by union members of the Provincial Social Insurance grassroots level to female workers of enterprises.
The ao dai sets handed over not only carry material value but also contain the sharing and concern of the trade union organization for female workers on the occasion of International Women's Day 8. 3. Small but meaningful gifts contribute to bringing joy and spiritual encouragement so that women are more confident and attached to their work.
Ms. Nguyen Thu Trang - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Lam Phong Production and Investment Co., Ltd. - said that the enterprise has a fairly large number of female workers, many of whom are still facing difficulties in life.

The awarded ao dai are not only material gifts but also a valuable source of spiritual encouragement, helping female workers become more excited and confident in their work and life," Ms. Trang shared.
In addition to direct donation activities, in the coming time, the Lao Cai Provincial Social Insurance Trade Union will continue to mobilize union members and workers to donate new or used ao dai but still ensuring quality to send to the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation. These ao dai will continue to be given to female union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the area.
The program "Giving Ao Dai, Sending Love" is a meaningful activity within the series of events in response to "Ao Dai Week", contributing to honoring the traditional beauty of Vietnamese women. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for trade union organizations to spread the spirit of sharing, strengthening the connection between union members and workers with trade union organizations.
