On December 12, the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that in November 2025, production and business activities of enterprises will be filled, thereby boosting the recruitment demand of enterprises to increase rapidly. Total recruitment demand across the city reached over 40,000 positions.
Based on a survey and information collection of 21,277 recruitment targets of 1,871 enterprises implemented by the Center, recruitment demand has some outstanding characteristics.
Accordingly, the recruitment demand by industry of enterprises continues to focus on key industries for year-end production and business such as wholesale, retail; processing and manufacturing industry; construction... In particular, the industry group "other activities and services" continues to affirm its pillar role when it accounts for the largest proportion, accounting for 42.9%.
The manufacturing and construction sectors also continuously recruit production workers to serve the year-end needs of consumers. Specifically, the human resource demand of the "industry, processing and manufacturing" sector accounts for 19.7% of the total recruitment demand. Next is the "construction" industry accounting for 7.2%.
In November, recruitment demand focused on the group of leaders/managers and professional specialists/technicians (accounting for 25.8% and 23.1% of total recruitment demand respectively) to serve the rapid increase in production and business demand in the last months of the year. Industry groups recorded increased recruitment demand such as electricity - electronics - refrigeration, construction, mechanics - machinery manufacturing, textiles - footwear.
In terms of qualifications, the labor market in November witnessed a strong restructuring. The recruitment demand of enterprises focuses on the group of workers with high or higher education - university degrees (accounting for 67% of total recruitment demand), especially the positions of technicians, sales staff, electrical - electronics engineers... The recruitment demand of unskilled workers and technical workers accounts for 23.8% of total recruitment demand, focusing on the positions of production workers, sales staff, domestic workers, and security guards.
The change in qualifications also closely corresponds to the shift in the salary structure that businesses have proposed. The salary from 10 - 20 million VND increased to account for the largest proportion, accounting for 74.5%. Meanwhile, the salary from 5 - 10 million VND decreased to 24.7%. Salary from 20 million VND or more only accounts for 0.8% of total recruitment demand, showing that at the end of the year, businesses have little need to recruit senior human resources positions.
