On the morning of April 19, in Sa Dec City, the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones (CDCKCNKKT) held the 3rd Advanced Conference among Workers (CNLD) and summarized 5 years of the emulation movement "Good workers, Creative workers". Attending were Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, President of the Provincial Labor Federation (PFF) and 100 guests, representatives of over 13,000 union members and employees at enterprises with grassroots unions under the GCMC-KT Trade Union.

In the past 5 years (2020-2025), despite being heavily affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, causing many employees to have reduced working hours and jobs due to difficulties in production and business... but by regularly innovating the content and methods of operation, the Trade Union of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has contributed to helping union members and employees feel secure in their work, actively responding to patriotic emulation movements launched by the Trade Union organization.
Notably, participating in the Program "1 million initiatives - efforts to overcome difficulties, creativity, determination to defeat the COVID-19 pandemic". Thereby, 538 participating topics and initiatives were most updated to the system.
Initiatives from union members and workers contributed to improving labor productivity and improving techniques, reducing product prices... Thereby, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded 2 emulation flags, 7 Certificates of Merit; the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded 3 Emulation Flags, 200 Certificates of Merit to 26 collectives, 174 individuals; the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded 355 Certificates of Merit to 47 collectives, 308 individuals.
Over the past 5 years, union members and workers at enterprises in industrial parks in the province have also actively responded to 7 groups of emulation movements launched by the Trade Union organization. Through initiatives, technical improvement solutions... patriotic emulation movements have saved and benefited businesses with hundreds of billions of VND.
Thereby, many outstanding collectives and individuals have appeared with many initiatives and improvements in production, business, operation, management... improving productivity, product quality, lowering production costs... contributing positively to helping businesses overcome difficulties.
At this Conference, the Trade Union of Vietnam - Vietnam General Confederation of Labor selected to commend 62 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in patriotic emulation movements in the period of 2020-2025.
The conference will approve a list of 1 collective and 12 individuals representing union members and workers at the Conference summarizing 05 years of implementing the emulation movement "Good workers, Creative workers", period 2020 - 2025 scheduled to be held by the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor in May 2025.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the CBCCKKTKTKTKThe emulation movement for the period of 2025 - 2030 among union members and workers with 6 main contents with many specific targets, such as: Every year, 100% of collectives and individuals achieve the title of advanced labor and excellent labor, 50% of emulation soldiers at all levels; 100% of the grassroots grassroots administrative agencies and 85% of the grassroots grassroots trade unions are classified as "the grassroots trade union fulfill the tasks well; striving over 90% of female union members and employees to achieve the title of" good at water, housework "...
Also at the conference, the Trade Union of Vietnam - Vietnam General Confederation of Labor signed the "Welfare of Union Members and Workers" Program with 5 companies and enterprises implementing many preferential programs on prices and services. On this occasion, the units and companies also gave many gifts to union members and employees with a total value of hundreds of millions of VND.
