At the recent conference to collect comments from union officials, union members, and workers in the Southern region on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party, organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in Ho Chi Minh City, Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Confederation of Labor - suggested that the Party Congress document should emphasize that building a Vietnamese business community must be associated with solutions to build the Vietnamese working class.
According to Ms. Loan, there is a relationship between the Vietnamese business community and the working class, closely linked, and mutually supported to build and develop together.

Emphasizing that the factors in the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress in Ho Chi Minh City on building a team of entrepreneurs are very correct and necessary, Ms. Loan suggested that there should be specific requirements for the Vietnamese team of entrepreneurs to always respect the labor values of workers, harmonize the interests of both sides and consider workers as valuable factors in the production and business process.
In particular, workers are built with factors to meet the requirements in the new trend such as digital economy, digital technology... and the role of trade unions as " stewards" to train, educate, support and improve the qualifications of workers to meet new requirements.
