Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Director of the Department of Political Affairs, Ministry of Public Security chaired the meeting.
Based on the direction of the Ministry of Public Security, the Political Working Department issued Official Letter No. 8127/x03-P9 dated November 20, 2024 on the implementation of the award of "Typical People's Trade Union members" in 2024 in the whole force. Police units and localities have selected and completed the dossier sent to the Standing Committee of the Council as prescribed. Up to now, the Standing Committee of the Council (X03) has received the introduction records of 17 units with 24 individuals proposing to consider the award.
The Council selected 20 individuals to receive the Outstanding People's Public Security Union Member Award in 2024.
