This update not only allows subheadings to be displayed but also provides full video content in text form, helping users search for information quickly and move to important sections conveniently.
Previously, Google Drive supported the feature of automatically creating headers for videos uploaded to the platform. This is an important step in improving content access, especially for deaf people. Organizing headlines often takes a lot of time, so this automation feature has received a positive response.
However, subheadings alone are not always enough for users to quickly find the desired content in a long video.
Now, when playing sub beginning videos on Google Drive, a content recording will appear next to the player. The text in the record will be highlighted in real time, making it easy for users to track the content.
Notably, this record can be found. Just enter a keyword or phrase, the system will mark all the locations of that content in the video. Users can click the marked words to immediately move to the corresponding time in the video.
With this new feature, exploiting information in videos becomes simpler and more efficient, helping users save time and optimize the working experience with multimedia content.
The automatic video recording creation feature on Google Drive is now being rolled out to all Google Workspace users.
