On June 5, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province requested departments, branches and sectors to urgently deploy a multi-linguistic interface on the National Public Service Portal, in order to better serve organizations and individuals with foreign elements when performing administrative procedures locally.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned Heads of departments, branches and sectors to review and compile a list of administrative procedures under their authority to resolve, and provide online public services to organizations and individuals abroad, foreign-invested enterprises and foreigners residing in Vietnam.
The Office of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, providing foreign language versions for administrative procedures that have been published and made public on the National Database on Administrative Procedures. At the same time, agencies are required to send units in charge of checking the accuracy of the translated version and promptly updating when there are changes in regulations.
The province has set a deadline for completion and sent a summary report to the Government Office before June 12, 2025.
The implementation of the multilingual interface demonstrates Hai Duong's efforts in administrative reform, improving service quality and transparency of information, especially in the context of increasingly deep international integration.
