On August 2, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced that the unit had issued a key Administrative Procedure Reform Plan (AP) for 2025 to focus on implementing reform tasks and completing the set goals and targets.
According to the plan, the province will promote reform of regulations related to administrative procedures and business activities; innovate the implementation method, resolve administrative procedures and provide public services to serve people and businesses.
Notably, the province will maintain and improve the effectiveness of 25 full-process online public services that have been integrated on the National Public Service Portal.
At the same time, it provides 982 online public services with an average of about 1,000 records generated each year, ensuring 100% electronic results and the ability to reuse information and data.
The Provincial People's Committee also aims to deploy full online public services for 82 TTHC groups according to the Prime Minister's Decisions.
Prioritize the digitalization of administrative procedures with records replaced with data, reducing costs and documents. Central banks that do not generate records for 3 consecutive years or generate less than 10 records/year will not be allowed to build online public services to avoid waste.
Khanh Hoa province also requires ensuring that 100% of administrative procedures related to enterprises are carried out online, smoothly and effectively, minimizing the use of paper documents.
Regarding the task of directing and operating in the electronic environment associated with administrative procedures reform, the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to seriously implement the sending and receipt of electronic documents with digital signature; handling all documents and work in the electronic environment, to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
The province is determined to end the situation of "parallel processing" paper and electronic records.
