Workday, Inc. (NASDAQ: WDAY) - an AI platform for businesses in the fields of human resources, finance and information technology announced a partnership with Masan Group - one of the largest private economic groups in Vietnam to promote the digital transformation process throughout the organization. Masan is also Workday's first domestic customer in Vietnam.
Within the framework of this digital transformation program, Masan Group has begun to implement the Workday Human Capital Management solution (HCM), and at the same time oriented to expand to human resource planning, human resource analysis and enhance employee experience in the future. These solutions are operated on the Workday platform with artificial intelligence (AI) as the core. Amaris Consulting is a partner implementing the Workday project in Vietnam.
Workday will play the role of a core human resource management platform in Masan's Future One Tech Platform strategy and Digital Twin building ambition, contributing to merging labor force data and employee experience across the ecosystem. This cooperation demonstrates Masan's commitment to building a modern and pioneering work environment applying technology. By leveraging Workday's AI capabilities, Masan will improve its diverse and large-scale labor force management efficiency, while bringing a more seamless human resource experience to employees.
