Recently, the Vietnam Digital Communications Association and VietTimes Electronic Magazine organized the Vietnam Digital Awards 2024. This is an annual award, sponsored by the Ministry of Information and Communications, to honor outstanding digital transformation achievements of state agencies, public service units, businesses and individuals who have contributed to promoting the national digital transformation.
Over 7 seasons, the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards have reached more than 16,000 agencies and businesses in 63 provinces and cities, attracting more than 2,000 entries. Nearly 400 agencies, businesses, and outstanding digital transformation units and typical digital transformation products and solutions have been honored.
According to records, the number of agencies and enterprises submitting applications to participate in this year's Award has increased dramatically, reaching nearly 400 applications. In addition to applications from central agencies and large technology enterprises, this year, the Award also received applications from grassroots units such as People's Committees of wards and communes, universities, high schools and many individuals.
The award has attracted many outstanding quality profiles, applying many new technologies, such as: artificial intelligence (AI), big data, Internet of Things, blockchain, cloud computing; many typical technology solutions and digital transformation models, with outstanding highlights on digital data in the fields of public administration, finance, education, industrial production, and communications.
After 2 rounds of judging with a panel of prestigious technology experts, the Organizing Committee selected 45 agencies, businesses, public service units and outstanding digital transformation products and solutions to honor at the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards 2024. Accordingly, the digital education ecosystem mobiEdu of MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation was honored in the category of typical digital transformation products, services and solutions.
