On January 21, information from the Ministry of Justice said that the CJE system officially operated the Digital Platform nationwide from January 20 with 4 subsystems (Electronic Switchboard, Decision-Making Support, Judgment Enforcement Organization, Complaint and High Complaint Resolution), marking the comprehensive digital transformation phase of the industry.
According to Nguyen Thang Loi, Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Administration Department, right on the first day of official deployment, the system was assessed to be operating basically stably, showing the serious and methodical preparation of the entire industry.
However, in the process of simultaneous implementation across the country, it is still necessary to continue to closely monitor and promptly remove arising problems, especially regarding technology infrastructure, usage skills of grassroots officials and inter-system coordination.
In the coming time, localities need to strictly comply with professional procedures that have been standardized on the digital platform, promptly reflecting problems arising in the process of use so that the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Administration can continue to adjust and improve the system, ensuring that the digital platform truly becomes an effective tool serving state management, judgment enforcement activities and better meeting the requirements and expectations of people and society.
