Android users can now use photoshop for free from Adobe

After appearing on the iPhone in February 2025, Adobe officially launched the free photoshoot for Android users.

Recently, Adobe officially launched the beta version of the photos photoshow application for Android devices, giving users the opportunity to experience professional photo editing tools for free right on their smartphones.

This is the first time Adobe has provided a full-featured photoshoot version for the Android operating system, after releasing it to iOS in February 2025.

The Android version of photos photos photos include most of the professional photo editing tools from the computer version.

In particular, the application also integrates Adobe's AI Firefly technology, allowing users to use the Generative filling feature to automatically and creatively add, remove or change elements in photos.

Currently, Adobe offers free photosynthesis (beta) on the Google Play Store for devices running Android 11 or later and with at least 6GB of RAM. Photoshop works best on devices with RAM of 8 GB or more. All features are fully unlocked during this testing phase.

However, Adobe has not announced the end of the beta phase and the possibility of switching to a fee-paying model afterwards.

Adobe said the app is completely redesigned to suit the touch and experience on the phone. The intuitive, easy-to-use interface helps both beginners and professional users quickly get acquainted and creative anytime, anywhere.

The application also provides integrated guides and user communities to support learning and sharing experiences.

With free beta coverage, this is a great opportunity for Android users to experience photoshooting professionally from photoshooting at no cost.
