Viettel has developed an AI assistant to use via a web platform at https://tracuuphuongxa.trolyao.org/, helping people easily look up new administrative unit information from personal computers, tablets, and smartphones. Here, information about new administrative units including 34 provinces, cities and 3,321 communes, wards and special zones will be searched quickly and accurately.
People can ask about the information that the administrative unit wants to learn in the form of a conversation and the virtual assistant will provide information with the corresponding source of text. The AI Assistant also provides a comprehensive handbook of new provincial and commune-level administrative units, including the Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of new administrative units.
To use it, people access the address https://tracuuphuongxa.trolyao.org/ through the web browser on computers, phones, tablets, etc.
Step 2, the user clicks on the dialogue box, writing the desired question. Users can ask questions about the new administrative unit according to their knowledge needs.
Step 3, refer to the answer and the red-lighted source in the AI assistant's answer.
AI assistant through Viettel's new website helps people have more options to look up information about new administrative units.
In localities, there are also solutions for people to conveniently look up information.
For example, in Ho Chi Minh City from July 1, 2025, the locality will officially apply a new administrative unit system including 168 wards, communes, and special zones.
After merging and adjusting administrative boundaries, people and businesses in Ho Chi Minh City can look up the new administrative unit using a digital map of Ho Chi Minh City at: https://bando.tphcm.gov.vn. Here, when entering the search information, the system will locate the correct address you need to find.
In addition, people in Ho Chi Minh City can also access the website: https://htv.com.vn/chuong-trinh/tra-cuu-nhanh-168-phuong-xa-dac-khu-tphcm-moi-4815.htm to look up new address information after the merger.
To use it, people need to fill in all 3 information including the old province/city, old district/county and old ward/commune. The accurate entry of 3 fields of information will help the system identify the correct administrative address that has been changed.
