Another noteworthy point is that mustard greens are naturally alkaline, helping to neutralize the acidic environment in the blood. The alkaline environment increases the solubility of uric acid and creates favorable conditions for it to stick to water and be excreted through urine.

These antioxidants help reduce inflammation and protect kidney cells, thereby supporting the physiological secretion of uric acid.

The alkalinity of mustard greens contributes to regulating the acid-base environment in the body, helping uric acid to be more easily soluble in body fluids, thereby reducing the ability to crystallize and deposit in joints or kidneys.

Should boil or cook soup: Keep the necessary fiber and vitamin C, better than stir-frying with a lot of grease.

Drink decoction of mustard greens: A handful of vegetables cooked with 1-1.5 liters of water, drink instead of filtered water during the day to help diuretic and eliminate urate.

Combine with other green vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C: Helps increase antioxidant effectiveness and support digestion.

Limit salt, grease, and purine-rich foods (bowels, red meat, seafood), as these can increase uric acid and hinder detoxification.
