The combination of butter and garlic will be an important secret to help the shrimp shell after grilling have a glossy texture and a fragrant aroma that stimulates the taste buds.

After buying the shrimp, wash them thoroughly and use scissors to cut off the beard and long legs so that they are not burnt when grilled. If using an oven or oil-free frying pot, choose a temperature of 180°C for 8 - 10 minutes. In case of grilling with charcoal stoves, flip evenly until the shrimp shell turns brick red and garlic sticks to the golden yellow shell, which is satisfactory.

The best grilled shrimp with garlic is served while still hot, dipped with salt, pepper, lemon, chili or specialized seafood dipping sauce.

Shrimp meat after grilling must retain its chewy sweetness, crunchy outer skin blended with the fatty taste of butter and the spicy taste of garlic. This is a simple but sophisticated dish, making the weekly meal more diverse and novel.
