Preparation materials
1 box of unsweetened yogurt
100ml unsweetened fresh milk
2 tablespoons of solid milk
Ice cubes
A little mint or pomegranate-sealed mango leaves for decoration
How to do
Step 1: Pre-processing mangoes
Peel mangoes, cut the flesh into small pieces and put them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to make smoothies colder and tastier.
You should choose sweet ripe mangoes so that the drink has a natural aroma and beautiful yellow color.

Step 2: Put the ingredients in the blender
Put mangoes, yogurt, fresh milk, condensed milk and ice cubes in a blender.
If you prefer a lighter, lighter taste, you can reduce the amount of condensed milk or add a little fresh milk.

Step 3: Blend
Blend the mixture for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and thick.
You should not grind it for too long because the ice is easily dissolved, making the smoothie thin and reducing its coldness.

Step 4: Adjust the flavor
Taste smoothies, you can add condensed milk or ice depending on your taste.
If you like a thicker smoothie, you can add cold mangoes to blend together.
Step 5: Completing the drink

Pour the smoothie into a glass, decorate with a few small pieces of mango or mint leaves.
Mango yogurt smoothie should be used immediately after grinding to maintain coolness and natural fresh flavor.
