Searching for relatives of a newborn baby girl abandoned in front of a house in Hue City

    HUE - The People's Committee of Thuan Loc Ward (Hue City) has just issued a notice to find relatives for a newborn baby girl abandoned in the area.

    At 4:00 a.m. on May 27, Ms. Huynh Thi Truc Anh discovered a newborn baby girl about 4 days old abandoned in front of house number 26, lot 20 Luong Y Street, Thuan Loc Ward. The child weighed about 3kg, had umbilical cord, showed signs of mild infection, and was wrapped in a red raincoat, next to a yellow bag.

    After taking the baby home to take care of and give him milk, Ms. Truc Anh reported it to the residential group and the local police. The Ward People's Committee made a record and temporarily handed the baby over to Ms. Truc Anh for care.

    The Ward People's Committee has posted a notice at the headquarters and the location where the child was discovered for 7 days. If no one comes to claim the baby, the authorities will carry out birth control procedures for the baby according to regulations.
