Resolution No. 18/2024/NQ-HDND of Nghe An Provincial People's Council takes effect from November 1, 2024.
According to the Resolution, in addition to the regime and policies on streamlining payrolls as prescribed by current laws, cadres, civil servants, public employees, labor contract workers, part-time workers and other subjects redundant due to the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels in Nghe An province are also entitled to additional support policies.
The Resolution stipulates: Non-professional activists, Standing Members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and Standing Committee Members of commune-level socio-political organizations are supported as follows:
a) Part-time workers at the commune level are supported with 1 month of current allowance for each year of work (maximum support not exceeding 15 months);
b) Standing members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and members of the Standing Committees of commune-level socio-political organizations are supported one time with an amount of VND 3,200,000/person.
This support regime is implemented within 1 year from the effective date of the resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of administrative units of Nghe An province.
Current allowance is the allowance of the month immediately preceding the leave of absence (excluding concurrent allowance).
