Resolution 803/2025/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Hung Yen province stipulates the criteria for establishment, the criteria for the number of members of the Security and Order Protection Team; the level of support, training and some regimes and policies for members of the Security and Order Protection Team in Hung Yen province. The Resolution takes effect from January 1, 2026.
Article 3 of the Resolution stipulates the level of support and training; policies and regimes for members of the Security and Order Protection Team in Hung Yen province as follows:
1. Monthly regular support level
a) Head of the Security and Order Protection Team: 1.0 base salary/person/month.
b) Deputy Head of Security and Order Protection Team: 0.9 base salary/person/month.
c) Members of the Security and Order Protection Team: 0.8 base salary/person/month.
Currently, the base salary is 2.34 million VND (according to Clause 2, Article 3 of Decree 73/2024/ND-CP). Thus, currently, the Head of the Security and Order Protection Team in Hung Yen province has a monthly regular support level of 2,340,000 VND/month.
The draft decree developed by the Ministry of Home Affairs is proposing to adjust the base salary to increase by 8%, accordingly, the base salary may be increased to nearly 2.53 million VND/month. Thus, when the base salary increases from July 1, 2026 as expected, the monthly regular support level for members of the Security and Order Protection Team in Hung Yen province will also increase accordingly.
