On the afternoon of March 26, the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee held the 8th conference on personnel work.
At the conference, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced the Secretariat's Decision approving participation in the Standing Committee of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term for Mr. Ha Duc Minh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; An Hoang Linh - Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Phan Dang Toan - Secretary of the Party Committee of Sa Pa Ward.
Previously, at the 7th Conference, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee unanimously elected additional members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for the above 3 comrades with a very high number of votes.
The 8th Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee Conference also implemented the process of electing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030 for Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Delegates conducted a vote to elect Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030, as a result, Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc was unanimously elected by members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee with a very high number of votes.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Duong Quoc Huy - Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee clearly stated that, implementing the official dispatch of the Party Central Committee Office announcing the opinion of the Secretariat on introducing personnel to be elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee organized a conference to implement the procedures for personnel work in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Central Government.
Mr. Duong Quoc Huy emphasized: Up to now, the consolidation of key leadership positions of the province has basically been completed, this is the foundation, the important premise to ensure the strength, comprehensive, direct, and regular leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the effectiveness and efficiency of management and administration of the local government right from the early days of the new term.
