According to Resolution No. 64/2020/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Cao Bang province (effective from December 26, 2020), civil servants are entitled to a support level of 4.5 million VND (one-time support) if they belong to the following subjects:
Civil servants in Party, mass, State and association agencies in old district-level administrative units are transferred to work in newly established district-level administrative units in Cao Bang province.
Civil servants in Party, mass, state and association agencies working in new district-level administrative units (Ha Quang, Trung Khanh, Quang Hoa) who are redundant will be transferred to Party, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations agencies under the management of the province.
The above civil servants have a distance from their family residence to their new workplace of 15 km or more.
Subjects meeting the above conditions are entitled to one-time support of VND 4,500,000/person.
Time to implement support policy: From 2020 to the end of 2024.
Civil servants in Party, mass, state and association agencies who are mobilized (according to their wishes) or rotated or seconded by competent authorities to perform tasks are not eligible for this level of support.
