    The number of commune-level cadres and civil servants in Dien Bien in 2024 is based on the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council, effective from December 8, 2023.

    Resolution No. 167/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Dien Bien province decides the number of commune-level cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level in districts, towns and cities in Dien Bien province in 2024 as follows:

    1. Number of commune-level officials and civil servants: 2,709 people.

    2. Number of part-time workers at commune level: 1,668 people.
