Article 6 of Resolution No. 117/2023/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Ha Tinh province (effective from January 1, 2024) stipulates special allowances for people working in drug addiction treatment and post-treatment management; regimes for people working at public social assistance facilities in Ha Tinh province.
Accordingly, civil servants and employees working at the Center for Treatment - Education - Social Labor are entitled to a special allowance of VND 2,160,000/person/month. In particular, doctors assigned to specialize in drug addiction treatment at the Center are entitled to a special allowance of VND 3,600,000/person/month.
Officials and employees working at other public social assistance facilities (except the above-mentioned social assistance facilities) including: Center for Nursing for Meritorious People and Social Protection, Orphanage, Center for Social Work - Vocational Education for the Disabled are entitled to a special allowance of 1,800,000 VND/person/month. Doctors working at the Center for Nursing for Meritorious People and Social Protection in Ha Tinh are entitled to a special allowance of 3,600,000 VND/person/month.
