The Korea Brand Reputation Research Institute has just announced the November brand reputation rankings for Kpop girl groups.
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from October 10 to November 10.
Blackpink rose to the top of this month's rankings after seeing a whopping 224.63 percent increase in their score, bringing their total score to 12,644,046 for November.
High-ranking phrases in their keyword analysis included “Rose,” “APT.”, and “syndrome.” While the highest-ranking related terms included “record,” “fun,” and “happiness.” The group’s positivity-negativity analysis showed 94.58% positive reactions.
Rose's solo comeback with the single "APT." featuring pop star Bruno Mars has been creating a fever for the past month. Rose set a series of records such as being the first Kpop artist to top Apple Music globally, the first female Kpop solo artist to reach Top 1 on Spotify globally, "APT." is the Kpop song with the most days at No. 1 on Spotify US.
Rose has contributed greatly to bringing Blackpink back to the No. 1 position in the girl group rankings after 9 months. The last time the group reached No. 1 on this chart was in January 2024.
aespa maintained its No. 2 position with a brand reputation index of 4,900,820 points, a slight increase of 1.25% in points compared to the previous month.
IVE retains its 3rd place with a brand reputation index of 3,568,377. While LE SSERAFIM drops to 4th place with a score of 3,256,346.
Finally, (G)I-DLE entered the Top 5 with a brand reputation index of 2,722,186 points, up 4.20% from October.
Ranks 6 to 30 are: Fifty Fifty, Red Velvet, TWICE, Oh My Girl, NMIXX, Baby Monster, fromis_9, ILLIT, Purple Kiss, tripleS, H1-Key, MAMAMOO, StayC, Apink, ITZY, Girls' Generation, Dreamcatcher, Girl's Day, MEOVV, cignature, Kep1er, WJSN, RESCENE, EXID, APRIL.
