Vietnamese stars cancel show schedule, express condolences to victims of train capsize in Ha Long

Before the tragedy of the train capsize in Quang Ninh, many Vietnamese stars have postponed their music schedules and donated revenue to support the victims' families.

Van Mai Huong announced the postponement of the release of the MV "Uoc tim". On July 20, the female singer's crew issued a press release, expressing their deepest condolences to the families of the victims in the train capsize in Quang Ninh.

Singer Thanh Duy also announced the postponement of posting an introduction to the new project. "Due to the complicated storm situation, the crew would like to temporarily post as planned to prioritize more important information at this time.

Although she was very excited to share with everyone, the crew believes that at this time, caring for and spreading the disaster situation as well as community support activities should be a priority.

Singer Han Sara's crew also said that due to force majeure reasons, the expected release schedule of a new MV related to a foreign partner, it must still be done as planned on the evening of July 20. However, all revenue from the release of the physical disc "Unfrozen" and the MV "Do Anh Si" will be sent to the Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province.

Singer Nguyen Vu also expressed: "I just hope that today, everyone can return safely. Today, I read the news and saw a tourist boat capsized outside Ha Long Bay. There were nearly 50 people on there, many of whom could not return home...".

The male singer told everyone before the painful incident: " state a word of love. If you can still sit down to eat with your parents, spouses, children... Let's look at each other a little longer. If I can safely go to work, then return. Be grateful".

At 12:55 on July 19, the Green Bay 58 ship carrying 49 people including 46 tourists and 3 crew members on route 2 in Ha Long Bay (including Sung Bot Cave - Ti Top Island). At 1:30 p.m. the same day, the ship encountered strong thunderstorms and capsized.

By the morning of July 20, 35 bodies of the deceased victims had been found and had completed forensic procedures and handed over to their families for burial.
