Graduated from the Faculty of Physics, Vinh University of Education in 2000, Ms. Le Thanh Hoa worked at Hau Loc High School (Thanh Hoa). In 2007, she suddenly transferred to Hanoi Sports Talent School.

Recalling the period when the COVID-19 epidemic broke out, Ms. Thanh Hoa said that the pressure of the school was to quickly create conditions for students - athletes to continue to complete both tasks: Culture and sports.
Overcoming those challenges, Ms. Thanh Hoa promptly issued specific instructions and instructions for teachers and students to adapt to online learning through advanced and modern teaching platforms and tools.
