On October 21, the School of Training and fostering Science and Technology Cadres, the Academy of Science and Technology Strategy in coordination with the Department of Culture and Sports of An Giang province organized the opening of a capacity training course for communication cadres in An Giang in 2025.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Le Ngoc Bao - Vice Principal of the School for Training and Training of Science and Technology Officers, said that the course will be held from October 21 to October 25, 2025. The goal is to equip leaders, reporters, editors of press agencies and staff of press management agencies and state management agencies of the press with basic knowledge of vision, strategy, and innovative thinking.
Equipped with basic knowledge about the role, characteristics, functions and tasks of journalism, thereby developing principles, methods and innovative styles in leadership, management and in professional activities of reporters, editors, and state management officials in journalism, information and communication.
Improve the basic capacity necessary for each job position of leaders, editors, reporters, and staff of press management agencies and state management agencies of the press. Helping learners have attitude, ethics, knowledge, and basic skills in professional activities.
The curriculum includes 5 teaching topics, 1 field trip at the Hon Me broadcasting Center and 1 final year harvest test, including: some basic issues of information and propaganda work; developing innovative thinking in leadership, management and journalism activities; managing and operating journalism activities in the digital technology environment; communication skills, handling situations in leadership, management and journalism activities; building journalism culture in the context of the 4.0 revolution.
