On May 25, Mr. Le Van Kiet, Principal of Chu Van An High School (Dak Lak) said that the collective of officials, teachers and staff of the school has not yet been explained by the Provincial Department of Education and Training the reasons why the unit was reduced in emulation and not proposed for commendation in the 2024-2025 school year.
According to Mr. Kiet, the collective classification result at the "Completion of tasks" level surprised many officials and teachers.
Previously, the school had some incidents related to former leaders, but since he took office as principal, the school collective has gradually stabilized, united and achieved many positive results.
In the 2024-2025 school year, the school is one of 3 units belonging to Emulation Cluster No. 2 (including 12 high schools) that were evaluated as completing tasks well and proposed for commendation.
The school is also in the group of 6 schools with a high number of excellent students in the province. At the same time, no officials or teachers were disciplined.
However, in the end, the school was lowered from "Good completion of tasks" to "Completion of tasks". This not only affects the emulation and commendation rights of the collective but also affects the ranking of individuals of the head, affecting the process of considering promotion and promotion.
Believing that the reduction in emulation level has not been specifically explained, Chu Van An High School has twice sent a report to the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province requesting clarification of the cause so that the school has a basis to inform officials and teachers; and at the same time promptly draw experience and overcome any shortcomings.
In the response document, the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training said that it maintained the ranking results after the collective leadership of the Department organized a secret ballot.
As a result, 13/13 votes unanimously ranked Chu Van An High School at the "Completion of tasks" level in the 2024-2025 school year.
