The delay in considering promotion has seriously affected our legitimate rights to salary, allowances, planning and management positions, the reflection said.

According to the new draft Law on Civil Servants, there is no longer a teacher classification. Therefore, if we continue to set targets and consider promotion, it will no longer be suitable when the new Law is about to be issued.

Mr. Linh also shared that the National Assembly is about to pass a new Law on Civil Servants, and the new Law will have changes. Therefore, the consideration of teacher promotion in Ha Tinh will now wait for the new Law to be implemented in accordance with the new regulations.
