Speaking at the program "A day as a National Economics student" held on March 9, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong - Deputy Director of the National Economics University - shared: "Entering university, students have 3 goals to aim for, including acquisition of knowledge, skills and autonomy. Currently, the school has not officially announced and will continue to seek opinions. However, basically, for candidates with excellent student awards in any subject, how to enroll in 2024, in 2025, the school will continue to maintain that. If there is a change, it will start from 2026. That is the basic principle in admission".
In 2025, the school will recruit 4 combinations: A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), A01 (Math, Physics, English), D01 (Math, Literature, English), D07 (Math, Chemistry, English). For candidates with the First Prize for Excellent Students in History or Geography, Dr. Le Anh Duc said that candidates should rest assured that the school will have a specific announcement. However, these subjects in 2024 will only be considered for admission to some majors, not applicable to all majors.
In 2025, the National Economics University will maintain 3 stable admission methods, including: direct admission, admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, and combined admission.
The direct admission method applies to candidates who are first, second, and third prize winners in national and international excellent student selection exams organized and sent by the Ministry of Education and Training; the award ceremony period is not more than 3 years from the time of direct admission and high school graduation in 2025, and will be considered for direct admission to the major of the candidate registered according to the allocation quota of the National Economics University.
