On July 23, the Admissions Council of Dong A University officially announced the floor score for the first round of regular university admission in 2025. The score applies to domestic and foreign candidates who have graduated from high school or equivalent.
The Medicine and Pharmacy major has the highest floor score when considering admission, from 24 points. The Nursing, Rehabilitation and Midwifery majors have a floor score of 19.5 points. With the method of considering high school graduation exam results, the floor score for the Medicine major is 20.5 points; Pharmacy from 19 points; the remaining majors from 17 points.
In the capacity assessment method organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University, the floor score for the Medicine and Pharmacy major is from 800 points; Nursing, Midwifery, and Rehabilitation Technology from 720 points. The remaining majors have a floor score of 600 points or higher.
With the method of considering grade 12 transcripts, candidates need to have a total score of 3 subjects from 18 or higher, or an average score of 6.0 for the entire grade 12 year. In particular, the majors of Medicine, Pharmacy, Preschool Education and Primary School require good academic performance or a graduation score of 8.0. The Nursing, Midwifery and Rehabilitation Technology majors require good academic performance or a graduation score of 6.5.
This year, Dong A University admitted 6,052 students at the two campuses of Da Nang and Dak Lak. Admission methods include: direct admission, high school exam, academic records, competency assessment, combined with foreign language certificates, proficiency exam, admission for high school graduation candidates abroad.
Candidates can register from July 16 to 28 on the general system of the Ministry of Education and Training. Candidates need to pay attention to their voluntary requirements, school codes, admission codes and corresponding methods.
