These are the houses of 3 households Cao Tien Hieu, Cao Tien Lanh (son of Mr. Hieu) and Nguyen Dinh Than.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc (Mr. Cao Tien Hieu's wife) burst into tears when not only her house but also her family and children were severely flooded by the river, about to be swept away by the flood. That is the house that the children have saved for many years, after only 3 years of construction, the debt has not been paid.
Seeing 3 families whose houses were tilted on the river crying, many people and neighbors also cried along the muddy floodwaters that were still flowing rapidly.
Recorded at the scene, National Highway 7 was still flooded about 1.5m deep, the military forces were on duty here and used a motorboat to transport people through this deeply flooded section.
Mr. Ho Van Lan (59 years old, residing in Con Cuong commune) had just returned from a hospital in Vinh (Nghe An) and wanted to go through this flooded road but could not go. Fortunately, the military stationed him here and put him on a motorboat to transport him across the flooded section about 300m to return home.

A military officer said that at noon, the unit on duty here used a boat to carry 2 sick cases who had to go to the hospital for treatment.
At nearly 4:00 p.m. the same day, the floodwaters here began to recede, and people gradually became less worried and scared after nearly a miserable day and night of fleeing the flood.
Mr. Nguyen Hoai An - Secretary of the Party Committee of Con Cuong commune - said that the flood caused about 500 houses in the whole commune to be flooded. National Highway 7 through the area was deeply flooded, causing complete isolation.
"Thanks to the proactive relocation of more than 2,000 households in low-lying areas and areas at high risk of landslides to safe places, up to this point, no people in the commune have suffered losses due to floods," said Mr. An.
Regarding the fact that 3 households in Vinh Hoan village have houses leaning towards collapsing on the river, Mr. An said that due to the thin force and the large area, officials are being dispersed to support people in flood prevention in many places and many vulnerable locations.
The commune will send officials to grasp the situation, encourage those 3 families, count the damage and damage to have a support plan later. In the immediate future, ensuring the safety of life during floods is the most important thing.
